The Museum of Chinese in America and the Young Professionals of MOCA invite you to join their second annual Young Professionals Expo on Thursday, November 3 at 7-11 pm. The expo was started to help celebrate and embrace Asian American culture, creativity and couture. This year’s event will focus on connections and community. It’s a time to contemplate and evaluate how we are all connected, how our futures are affected by our past, and what we can do to combine our goals and passions for the empowerment of our community. The expo will include an inauguration of honorees – Chinese Americans who have achieved extraordinary success, went against convention, and overcame stereotypes. Honorees will include Rachael Chong, founder and CEO of; William Fong, Chieh Huang, and Chris Cheung, founders of Astro Apes; and Sean Leow, founder of The expo will be held at Studio XXI in New York City. Tickets purchased before October 24 will be $40 for MOCA members and $60 for non-members. If you choose to purchase tickets after that date, it’s $60 for MOCA members and $70 for non-members.
