Taiwanese American Jeremy Lin, age 23, has something many basketball players don’t have: a Harvard education. And to top it all off, his skills on the court are impressive enough that he is considered one of the top prospects this season in anticipation of the 2010 NBA draft, which will take place tonight at Madison Square Garden in NYC. Lin, who fell in love with soccer and basketball before the tender age of five, would be an anomaly in a sport that is overwhelmingly represented by Caucasian and African American players. Good luck, Jeremy! [via Northwest Asian Weekly]

This is so crazy! I went to high school with Jeremy, we were in the same graduating class! He has gotten so far! Amazing!
