Columbia University’s fashion publication, Hoot Magazine, and the Asian Pacific American Awareness Month team will be hosting a panel discussion, “Asian Americans in the Fashion Industry,” this Sunday, April 25, 2010 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Confirmed speakers include fashion designer Phillip Lim, CEO and co-founder of Opening Ceremony, Carol Lim, Teen Vogue’s online editor, EJ Samson, and many more. The moderator for the panel will be MTV correspondent, SuChin Pak. Tickets are only $5, so if you’re in the area and love fashion, stop by for this exciting opportunity to hear from many of the top figures in the fashion industry.
