BELOW IS A LIST OF OUR RULES AND REGULATIONS.

1. General Forum use

  1. Mochi Magazine reserves the right to ban any user for any behavior violating our rules and regulations.

  2. No duplicate accounts. Additional accounts will be deleted immediately. Users will receive a discretionary email from the Mochi team. Repeat offenders will be banned forever.

  3. Foreign languages are allowed but users must provide english translations.

  4. No topic spamming in multiple forums. Additional forum topics will be deleted.

  5. Obey signature rules:
    - Maximum of 4 lines of text with no wraparound lines.
    - Empty lines count as a line.
    - Font size for lines cannot exceed size 3.

2. Prohibited User Content

  1. No profranity. All forms of swearing are strictly forbidden. Although we do have a swear filter, we may not circumvent all swear words posted by users.

  2. No promotion of racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm to any kind against any individual person or group of people.

  3. No viruses of any kind, including Trojan horse, time bombs, worms, spywares, bots or other type of automated use of the system.

  4. No exploitation of any individual person or groups of people in a sexual or violent manner. Such material will be discarded and issuing member banned without preliminary warning.

  5. No links, images and posts containing nudity, excessive violence, or offensive subject matter. Such material will be discarded and issuing member banned without preliminary warning.

  6. No soliciting personal information from anyone under the legal age of 18.

  7. No material constituting or promoting information that you know is false or misleading.

  8. No transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", unsolicited mass posting and messaging, "spimming", or "spamming".

  9. Passwords and private information are to be kept private. Posts may not contain passwords to restricted pages, or access to hidden pages and images.

  10. No promotion of illegal or criminal activity. This includes illegal files and music sharing websites. Links and posts containing copywrited material is also forbidden.

  11. No commercial promotions including contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes.

  12. Intentionally or unintentionally stalking, ausing sexually exploiting, violently exploiting or acting violently towards another user.
