Wonderful write-up Connie as I've never heard of Debbie Lee prior. I'm an adopted Korean who grew up on meatloaf and potatoes and recently married to my wife who is Thai. We've been cooking together now for several months and it's been a fun adventure from having meatloaf with kimchee to pork fried hashbrowns. LOL Always great to hear about other Koreans and asians mixing things up here in the US! ;) Followed the article from AsianLife Magazine.
